REIKI CLASSES: LEVEL I - FIRST DEGREE (SHODEN) $220

First Degree Reiki classes or Shoden, is about connecting you to the Universal Lifeforce Energy and beginning your own healing journey. In this in-person course, you will learn about Reiki and how to expand your mindset to allow you to channel the energy effectively for self-healing and self-discovery. Reiki I explores history, philosophy, and simple practices for self-administering and giving Reiki to others. For those who are interested in becoming trained as a Reiki practitioner, Reiki level II training is required. Students will learn grounding and meditation techniques and be given time to practice Reiki. Students will learn how to use Reiki on themselves to balance energy and emotions. Students learn hands-on techniques and how to give Reiki to loved ones, nature, animals, and more. Reiki is primarily a self- healing tool and can be used as a path to personal spiritual connection. There is no affiliation to any religion but can help individuals feel deeply connected to their higher self, and their intuition. Reiki is not taught like other healing modalities may be. It is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master during an initiation or attunement process. This course includes an introduction to chakras, your first initiation or attunement into Reiki, certification and a Level I manual. This is a 1 day course providing a thorough introduction to Reiki. The class is fun, interactive and explores not only the techniques and principles of Reiki but will give you valuable tools of empowerment for the next chapter of your Reiki journey. Class sizes are kept small and intimate to allow maximum time for practice. What Reiki is and how it works to heal ourselves and others.
The benefits of Reiki as a healing and personal growth system.
The history of Reiki, how it came to the West and our own Reiki Lineage.
The Five Reiki Principles/Precepts.
Reiki Code of Ethics
Basic Reiki session hand positions.
Students will learn to perform Reiki sessions on themselves and others in the classroom.
How to do a Reiki Chair session.
Basic Animal Reiki principles and guidelines
Basic meditation and mindfulness techniques will be covered.
Basic chakra energy systems in the body.
Guided through techniques to help you access your own intuition.
Students will learn about the Canadian Reiki Association and next steps.

REIKI Classes: LEVEL II - SECOND DEGREE (OKUDEN) $260

Second Degree Reiki classes or Okuden, is all about increasing your ability to use Reiki. This in-person course is open to anyone who has completed Reiki Level I and wishes to continue their Reiki journey on to the Practitioner Level. You will learn how to do a full body energy scan, the three traditional Reiki Symbols for natural healing and have plenty of time to learn them and practice them on the Reiki table and how to incorporate them into a Reiki session. This includes methods for mental, emotional healing, and distance healing as well. Reiki II is also for self-development and spiritual growth which is the main original focus of the symbols. Explore the many other uses for the Reiki symbols, their deeper meanings and learn tools how clear energies in a room, give Reiki to your food and even how to start your own Reiki Practice! Reiki is not taught like other healing modalities may be. It is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master during an initiation or attunement process. This process opens your crown, heart and palm chakras and creates a special link between the student and the Universal Life Force Energy that is Reiki. This course includes your second initiation or attunement into Reiki, certification and a Level II manual. Class sizes are kept small and intimate to allow maximum time for practice. Review of the Reiki Principles, Code of Ethics and Reiki Level I
Techniques to prepare for a Reiki Session.
Introduction to the three traditional Usui Reiki Level II Symbols and their meaning
Learn and Practice the Power Symbol
Learn and Practice the Harmony Symbol
Learn and Practice the Distant Symbol
Level II Attunements
Students will have time in class to practice performing a Reiki session.
Students will learn about Reiki for mental/emotional healing and how to assist someone in releasing unwanted habits or imbalances.
Various methods of distance healing.
Crystal wands.
Body Scanning.
Chakra Balancing.
Students will leave with a clear understanding and ability to draw and practice all the 2nd Degree symbols in a Reiki Session.
Reiki for self empowerment and spiritual growth.
This course will also cover how to start up your own Reiki Practice.
Students will learn what criteria is necessary to join or to upgrade their membership level to the Canadian Reiki Association.
