Reiki Classes
REIKI CLASSES: LEVEL I - FIRST DEGREE (SHODEN) $220
First Degree Reiki classes or Shoden is about connecting you to the Universal Lifeforce Energy and beginning your own healing journey. In this in-person course, you will learn the history of Reiki and how to expand your mindset to allow you to channel the energy effectively for self healing and self discovery. It is also an introduction to the spiritual aspects of Reiki practice. You will be guided to develop your own intuition, meditation practices and how to perform Reiki on yourself, your loved ones and your pets. Reiki is not taught like other healing modalities may be. It is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master during an initiation or attunement process. This process opens your crown, heart and palm chakras and creates a special link between the student and the Universal Life Force Energy that is Reiki. This course includes an introduction to chakras, your first initiation or attunement into Reiki, certification and a Level 1 manual. This is a 1 day course providing a thorough introduction to Reiki. The class is fun, interactive and explores not only the techniques and principles of Reiki but will give you valuable tools of empowerment for the next chapter of your Reiki journey. Class sizes are kept small and intimate to allow maximum time for practice. - What Reiki is and how it works to heal ourselves and others.

REIKI Classes: LEVEL II - SECOND DEGREE (OKUDEN) $260
Second Degree Reiki classes or Okuden is all about increasing your ability to use Reiki. This in-person course is open to anyone who has completed Reiki Level I and wishes to continue their Reiki journey on to the Practitioner Level. You will learn how to do a full body energy scan, the three traditional Reiki Symbols for natural healing and have plenty of time to learn them and practice them on the Reiki table and how to incorporate them into a Reiki session. This includes methods for mental, emotional healing, and distance healing as well. Reiki II is also for self development and spiritual growth which is the main original focus of the symbols. Explore the many other uses for the Reiki symbols, their deeper meanings and learn tools how clear energies in a room, give Reiki to your food and even how to start your own Reiki Practice! Join us in our healing sacred circles led by Lexi Verano, where we explore spiritual topics in an intimate setting. These circles are perfect for those seeking relief from stress, those who want to learn more about meditation, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to their spiritual selves. Participants are encouraged to learn, grow, and share in a safe and accepting environment. Circles are enlightening, experiential and fun. With soothing herbal teas and sometimes, handouts, workbooks, or crystals included, each circle is a unique experience. We sometimes feature guest teachers and speakers for classes like Yoga and Tai Chi. Our most popular circles include Reiki Circles and Women's Healing Circles, but we cover a wide range of topics like Meditation, Angels 101, Mindfulness, Intuition, Aromatherapy and Empowerment.
