This is our most popular service!! This 90 minute session is a customized service just for you. You can combine several of our offerings together for a full hour and a half of spiritual wellness. Several different holistic techniques or holistic "medicine" like aromatherapy, crystals, sound, breathwork, etc. may be used. Many combine: Healing Meditation sessions with full reiki sessions followed by a mini AromaTouch treatment. You will receive the most complete mind-body-spirit healing session! This session is catered to your wellness needs and goals ensuring you leave feeling happier, clearer, lighter and more at peace. (Send a gift card for the package today!)
Packages of three $272
For most individuals, a regular treatment plan of several sessions is required to assist you in getting back to centre and on the path to healing. That's why we offer healing packages and gift cards. Our packages will be tailored to your individual needs and goals. Purchase a package of three (3) one-hour sessions and save! Each one-hour session is $102 but you can purchase this healing package and receive three sessions for only $272 including GST. Better yet, send a gift card to a friend and they can enjoy three sessions for a fraction of the price. Don't just limit it to packages of Reiki sessions, mix them up with Spiritual Coaching or Guided Meditations. We will customize your healing packages to ensure you feel empowered to heal through love and holistic wellness. **NOTE: There is no expiry date for you to use your sessions. However, once sessions have begun, NO refunds will be issued.

The number of Reiki sessions needed for optimal results will vary from person to person. It’s essential to work with a skilled Reiki practitioner who can create a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. This is why we offer packages. Purchase a package of five (5) one-hour sessions and save! Each one-hour session is $102 but you can purchase one of our healing packages and receive five sessions for only $444 including GST. Don't just limit yourself to packages of Reiki, mix them up with AromaTouch or Guided Meditations. We will customize your healing packages to ensure you feel empowered to heal through love and holistic wellness! **NOTE: There is no expiry date for you to use your sessions. women's circles $20
In these fun and informative circles you will explore one particular "wellness" topic at a time in an intimate setting. Participants are encouraged and supported to learn, grow and share their experiences in a safe and accepting environment. Light snacks, tea, handouts, workbooks, crystals and sometimes certifications are even included, depending on the circle. These circles are lovingly created to empower women to experience more peace, acceptance, love and fun in their lives!! It's all about creating a sisterhood of positive and supportive women. Certain circles and classes like Yoga, and Tai Chi involve guest teachers and guest speakers. Our most common circles are Reiki Circles and Healing Circles but previous topics covered have been: Meditation, Angels 101, Mindfulness, Intuition and Empowerment Circles. **Circles are always kept small and intimate.
Yoga packages with Khushbu
The number of Yoga sessions needed for optimal results will vary from person to person. It is essential to consistently work with an experienced Yoga teacher, who can create a yoga practice tailored to your individual needs and goals, to see and feel optimal results. This is why we offer packages and gift cards with the lovely Khushbu! Purchase a package of three (3) one-hour sessions and save! Each one-hour session is $75 but you can purchase one of our packages and receive three sessions for only $205 including GST. reiki shares
Reiki Shares are fun and informative community nights were Reiki enthusiasts, practitioners and master teachers come together to share in a beautiful evening of Reiki healing. Reiki sessions are can be both healing and empowering. Each person has the opportunity to give and receive Reiki.
The Reiki Shares are the last Thursday of every month but do require advance registration. The cost is $25 and includes tea, water, a healing meditation, sacred circle and of course the Reiki healing circle.
